The building was commissioned in 2009, and the project was nominated for an architectural award of the year. The technical design of the building was made in Germany. The building was built as an art salon made of cast concrete and glass. Interior decoration of walls and columns – a specially treated concrete. At the basis of the concept is a combination of functionality, environmental friendliness, as well as the convenience of its location and developed infrastructure. The architecture of the building is dominated by modern solutions and trends and the combination of materials is thought out in such a way that the building is in perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape.

On the upper level of the building is located a 140 m² glass conference room and a 450 m² green terrace. The staircase to all 4 levels was made of black granite. Lamps were specially designed and manufactured for the interior of the building.

All communications – heating, electrics and low currents are built into the floor that was made using a special technology.

The building is economical to maintain, gas heating (Wiesemann boiler), ventilation and cooling – Swedish Envistar system, own well, exclusive finishes, German plumbing; 2 lines of optical cable; powerful server.
